Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician, you will be instrumental in building the metal frames within our production bay. Your role involves completing full assembly and basic wire harness assembly on each unit, starting with a workbench, tape measure, and blueprint. You will focus solely on assembly and wiring, performing repetitive tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Build metal frames using hand tools.
• Perform full assembly and basic wire harness assembly on each unit.
• Use tape measure and blueprint to measure and assemble parts.
• Ensure the quality of assembly meets customer specifications.

Work Environment

The work environment is bright and clean with a quiet atmosphere. Employees can listen to music with headphones and wear jeans and sweatshirts. Enjoy working independently with self-motivation and without constant supervision. The shift is from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm with little to no overtime.

This is a Contract position located just north of Lafayette, IN

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
