Overview

What will a Behavior Technician do?

• Provide 1 : 1 individualized behavioral intervention treatment in clients' homes - Coach, model and support clients
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
• Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more!

Location :

We current provide in-home services primarily in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties. Our ABA clinic is located in Brookfield.

We look for individuals who :

• Can work independently
• Are accountable
• Ability to have fun, engage and interact with children and adolescents
• Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License, and Proof of Auto Insurance
• Have a GED / HS diploma
• Experience in behavioral therapy or applied behavior analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred
