Dietitian - $10k Sign-On-Bonus

Sioux City, IA

Under supervision, plans and provides nutritional care for participants as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Assesses nutritional needs, develops and implements nutritional care plans, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately. Maintains professional competency and skills required for professional practice.

$28.00 - $40.00 (Hourly Rate)

Shift Times : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Hours / Day : 8

Weekend and On-Call requirements TBD.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and / or food and nutrition that meets or exceeds the requirement by the American Dietetic Association for the registration examination.

Successful completion of internship or coordinated undergraduate program that meets the American Dietetic Association guidelines.

Registration or registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Licensed or licensed eligible with the State of Iowa.

Current CPR / BCLS certification.

Maintains current Adult Mandatory Reporter status.

Maintains American National Standards Institute accredited food protection / safety certification (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager / Certified Food Safety Manager) or obtained within 90 days for new hire.

Valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
