Summary
Ensure maximum efficiency in the performance of guest room attendants to acquire and maintain immaculate guest room accommodations, surrounding areas, and all public areas.
Job Duties
- Inspects all vacant rooms for efficient top conditions and meets housekeeping specifications
- Assures cleaning standards are met through training and consistent prescribed procedures
- Report all maintenance problems and assure the protection of all hotel property from possible damage
- Check room attendance appearance, carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
- Supervise, assist, and direct the staff to maintain and ensure a high level of service
- Maintain contact and communicate with all departments : communicate in a precise and easily understood manner
- To be informed of all aspects of each function, delegate responsibilities and create a sense of teamwork
Qualifications
