RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) Position Available
- Salary Estimate : $35.65 - $47.64 per hour (Depends on experience)
- Shift Differential : $4.00 / Hr. for Nights & Weekends
- Location : Kansas City, MO
Overview : Join our team as an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator specializing in charge nursing. We have openings in various units, including Med-Surg, Ortho / Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology, with day, night, and weekend shifts available.
Job Summary : The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality patient care and coordinates all functions during the shift.
Collaborate with the management team, monitor nursing care, and support an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Participate in assessing the quality of patient care.
Collaborate with experts and managers for improved outcomes.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
- Recommend and implement training and development strategies.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure inventory control.
Qualifications :
- Two (2) years of clinical practice and leadership experience required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
- Current RN license in the state(s) of practice.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
- Activity in professional organizations encouraged.
