Financial Operations Analyst - Hybrid - Morris Plains, NJ

Job Title

This is a hybrid role that requires on-site presence 3 days / week in the Morris Plains, NJ office. The key responsibilities include managing the standard billing file documentation, comparing files, addressing billing questions, providing audit data, managing the email boxes. This individual will work with internal and external parties to provide clear concise documentation and answer incoming questions.

Manage The Standard Billing File Documentations

Make updates to the standard Billing File documentation whenever new fields are added and draft communications for internal partners and clients.

File Comparison

Work with implementation teams and clients to compare standard files with clients' files. Assist the account teams on client communications and attend client calls to discuss findings.

Support

Provide data for audits, internal and external partners, and handle questions on clients' invoices. Address questions related to fields on the billing files.

Manage Email Box

Review the FISD (Financial Systems Development Group) and PAL (Post Adjudication Mailbox), review emails daily, send out documentation upon request, track recipients, handle various requests including : Ad Hoc Queries and Automation, Billing and Payment / Billing (Invoice / Billing Files), PAL / CDL (Claim Detail Level) & Other File Questions, Other miscellaneous requests.

Qualifications

Must be within driving distance to the Morris Plains, NJ office. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred. 3+ years' experience in healthcare / pharmacy billing, finance and / or project management highly preferred. Previous experience in the PBM Industry a plus. Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using SQL and writing queries a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to navigate various audience levels. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and sustain performance with minimal supervision.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
