Room Attendant

The Inn at Solitude is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms by thoroughly cleaning assigned rooms, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. You will also be expected to promptly report any damage, missing items, or suspicious activity, while consistently upholding the resort's commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles aligned with Solitude's standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and respond effectively to issues
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Previous housekeeping or experience preferred

The Inn at Solitude est buscando un Asistente de Habitaciones dedicado y orientado a los detalles, que se destaque en un entorno enfocado en la hospitalidad y est comprometido con brindar un servicio excepcional al husped. En este puesto, ser responsable de mantener la limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones de los huspedes, limpiando minuciosamente las habitaciones asignadas, reponiendo los servicios y asegurando que todas las reas cumplan con nuestros altos estndares de limpieza. Tambin se espera que informe de inmediato cualquier dao, artculo faltante o actividad sospechosa, mientras mantiene constantemente el compromiso del resort con la excelencia en hospitalidad y satisfaccin del husped.
