Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.

  • Support onboarding of new employees by preparing workspaces and facilitating orientation logistics.

  • Requirements :

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or facilities management.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, events, and office projects.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with workplace management software or HRIS systems.
  • Basic understanding of office facilities management (vendors, supplies, equipment).
  • Event planning or team-building experience.
  • Familiarity with budgeting or expense tracking.
