We're looking for a growth marketing leader who gets excited about helping customer support teams work smarter. You'll drive how we attract, convert, and grow our customer base using data, smart experiments, and the latest marketing tech.

What You\'ll DoBuild Our Growth Engine
Create and run marketing campaigns that actually move the needle on customer acquisition
Set up A / B tests and experiments to figure out what works (and what doesn’t)
Use data to predict which leads are most likely to become happy customers
Partner with our product team to make sure new users stick around and love TeamSupport
Run Smart Campaigns
Launch targeted campaigns across all our marketing channels
Build email sequences and automation that guide prospects through their journey
Optimize our free trial experience to convert more users to paid plans
Create campaigns that help existing customers expand their usage
Measure What Matters
Track the metrics that actually matter : customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rates
Build dashboards so everyone can see how we\'re performing
Use analytics to spot opportunities and optimize our marketing spend
Figure out which marketing activities are driving real revenue
Work Cross-Functionally
Team up with sales to make sure we\'re sending them qualified leads
Collaborate with the product to improve user onboarding and feature adoption
Work with customer success to reduce churn and drive expansion
Stay on top of new marketing tools and AI technologies that could help us grow faster
Day-to-Day
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals and revenue targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to drive execution and results.
Oversee campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and marketing assets.
Analyze data to measure marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices to drive demand and lead generation.
Requirements
Experience
5-8 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Track record of meaningfully growing key business metrics
Experience with customer support or service software is a plus
Skills
Comfortable with marketing tools like HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics and curiosity about AI native tools like Clay, Tofu, Jasper, and more
Experience with A / B testing and conversion rate optimization
Knowledge of paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
SEO / GEO a plus
Personality
You love digging into data to understand what\'s working
You\'re comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
You can explain complex ideas in simple terms
You enjoy collaborating with different teams
