Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Retail Novelty Vendors to join our team at concerts and sporting events.

As a Novelty Vendor, youll be on the front line engaging with attendees, selling merchandise, and creating a fun and memorable experience for guests.

Job Type : Hourly or Commission-Based (Varies on events) Compensation : Earn up to 4%+ of your location's sales per event

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing exchanges or refunds.
• Accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down merchandise locations at concerts and games.
• Arrange and maintain attractive displays to drive customer interest and maximize sales.
• Ensure all products are properly tagged, priced, and neatly displayed.
• Help with inventory counts during and after events, as well as periodic inventory (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Work closely with fellow vendors and event staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in pre-show setup and post-show breakdown, including stocking and cleaning merchandise areas.
