Job Summary :

The Premium Sales Specialist position is responsible for the sale of Premium Memberships, with a focus on multi-year, six-figure contracts at Crypto.com Arena; primarily focused on club seat leases. All premium suites and club seats include the Lakers, Kings and Sparks sports teams along with access to concerts and special events.

Essential Functions :

• Responsible for the closing of multi-year, six-figure hospitality contracts; primarily focused on selling club seat leases.
• Negotiate contract terms with C-suite decision makers.
• 50% Outside Sales : Responsible for a minimum of 25 face to face meetings per month with premium prospects.
• Execute effective corporate sales calls, emails and customized presentations promoting the purchase of premium ticket inventory to meet / exceed established sales objectives.
• Proactively network, solicit and follow-up on any personal sales leads under the guidelines established by supervisors.
• Attend regular meetings with the Sr. Manager of Premium Sales to discuss sales pipeline, metrics and establish best processes and strategies for driving new business.
• Work closely with other members of the Premium Department to ensure inventory integrity, high levels of customer service and enhance overall team performance.
• Manage single night rentals and multi-game package buyers, aiming to upsell them to multi-year hospitality contracts.

Required Qualifications :

Payscale : $69,000 - $88,915

Bonus : This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
