Job Description :
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project / program. Oversees all aspects of projects / program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project / program.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project / program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit / department.
Specifically, this person needs to be able to track tasks, follow up with people, troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and manage a complex data gathering exercise with 200+ requests going to many different people.
This person needs to be able to review the data for completeness, organize the information in an easy to follow manner and provide ongoing updates to leadership.
This person needs to have good communication skills. This person will be communicating in meetings with team members, through emails with people outside our department and needs to be clear and concise.
It is helpful if this person has exposure to SalesForce and Smartsheet. Also, this person will need to do some process mapping in Visio.
