About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated RN / LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 6-year-old female child in the Dormont area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

G-tube feeding & care

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Schedule :

Monday-Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Saturday, Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Qualifications :

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric & G-tube experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered

Reliable transportation
