The Senior Analyst for Revenue Reconciliation is responsible and accountable for the following :
- Upgrade data infrastructure and reporting to improve business metrics and decision making.
- Use process excellence tools & technology and internal / external collaboration to identify and implement business process simplification, standardization and automation to increase revenue recovery, improve cycle time, reduce errors and / or reduce effort.
- Perform root cause analysis on revenue process or systems issues and partner with other business stakeholders as appropriate to resolve issues, support team with troubleshooting customer complex issues or questions.
- Use project management skills to lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes.
- Lead cross-company / cross-functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and / or compliance.
What we are looking for :
3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree is required; focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Logistics, and / or Operations is preferred.Strong data & analytics skills with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, MS Azure and / or Databricks is required.Demonstrated automation skills with programming in Python and / or R or with tools like UI Path and / or Blue Prism is preferred.Project Management skills are required. Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges : $86,700.00 - $122,400.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
