Business Interface Representative

A company is looking for a Business Interface Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Product Owner within an Agile-development framework to provide business requirements and prioritize IT development

Serve as the business interface between end users and the development team, gathering and presenting requirements and insights

Facilitate project management activities to align system design and development with management expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be a current permanent Federal employee with supervisory approval for the Joint Duty Assignment

2+ years of experience in records management, identity management, and / or biometrics management is preferred

Experience in planning and executing projects involving multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with USCIS and DHS systems is a plus

Must have received a FY24 final performance rating of "Achieved Expectations" or higher
