Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN with an active NY license and Epic charting experience for variable 12-hour shift assignments.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Emergency Room of an acute care hospital
  • Patient population includes a variety of emergency and urgent care cases
  • Variable 4x12 hour day and night rotating shifts required
  • Holiday coverage is mandatory
  • Floating to other units may be required
  • Epic EMR system experience is required
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment
  • Candidates who have worked at this facility or system must have a 1 year gap prior to returning
  • Time off requests must be submitted during the application process
  • Candidates are expected to be available for holiday shifts
  • Some mandatory training modules must be completed prior to start

  • Active NY RN license in hand required for consideration
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent ER RN experience
  • Epic EMR charting experience required
  • Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
