The Team

The Healthcare Industry Group (HIG) focuses on delivering transformational change to the healthcare industry. We advise organizations on financial and operational performance improvement, strategic growth, and unlocking value across the investment lifecycle. Our team provides expertise in interim management, restructuring, revenue cycle management, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory, digital technology and analytics. You will work with clients across health systems and providers, physician groups, ancillary providers, medical schools, vision, laboratory, dental and behavior health, managed care and health plans, government programs, healthcare investors and lenders, medical devices, healthcare suppliers and infrastructure, and life sciences.

Role Focus

HIG's Healthcare Services practice (HCS) serves private equity portfolio companies and other healthcare organizations. HCS services include performance improvement / operational turnarounds, cost optimization, M&A services, finance operations, and interim management (including CFO services).

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build and maintain financial and operational models (including synergy analyses, 13-week cash flows, and pro forma statements).
• Conduct operational data analysis to develop KPI metrics that drive change.
• Evaluate business operations and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze process workflows to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
• Participate in client interviews and capture actionable items.
• Forecast cash flows and manage liquidity.
• Benchmark internal and external data.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations; assist with client presentations.
• Conduct healthcare research and contribute to presentations, pitches, and proposals.

The annual base salary range is $90k–$115k, with a discretionary bonus program based on various factors, including individual and firm performance. Details available from your recruiter.
