Position Overview :

The Senior Staff Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and developing and following quality control functions over financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Manages month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and various reporting functions

• Revenue recognition review & make necessary adjustments for close
• Research / investigate accounts, maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts, and conduct variance analysis
• Preparation of financial statements
• Participates in development and review of annual operating budgets
• Assists in quarterly, interim and year-end external / internal audits
• Assists in ad hoc requests as needed
