Due to expansion, YAD Healthcare management team is currently seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services for our Virginia Region.
This executive level position is responsible for the overall clinical services under the VP of Clinical Services in our skilled nursing facilities located in the northeast area of NC.

Job Description :
This position is responsible for leading, monitoring, and improve clinical services within the region :
The Regional Director of Clinical Services supports nurse leaders and the interdisciplinary team and ensures that assigned locations maintain the integrity of all clinical systems and standards
Supporting nurse leaders and the interdisciplinary team with assessments and recommendations for clinical care delivery systems
Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality outcomes for all facilities in the region
Performing assessments to identify opportunities for improvement; providing reports with details of the issues and recommendations
Providing support and backup through the clinical services team for facility work, as needed
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Supporting nurse leaders and the interdisciplinary team with assessments and recommendations for clinical care delivery systems.
- Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality outcomes for all facilities in the region
- Performing assessments to identify opportunities for improvement; providing reports with details of the issues and recommendations.
- Providing support and backup through the clinical services team for facility work, as needed.
Qualifications :
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Virginia
Experience as a Regional Director of Clinical Services or extensive experience as a Director of Nursing in Long Term Care
Knowledge of clinical information systems / software processes, care planning processes, utilization of quality data, regulatory standards, and resident assessment. Knowledge of the long-term care continuum of care.
Ability and willingness to travel to regional facilities, as required
