Director of Laboratory Services

Location : Virginia Beach, VA

Type : Permanent and Full-Time Hire

What Were Looking For :

Bachelors degree (MHA or MBA preferred)

5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in an integrated delivery system

Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, managing change, and driving operational excellence

Experience with LIS systems (EPIC Beaker preferred) and regulatory compliance
