A company is looking for a Program Manager, Talent Development Mentorship, Executive Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs
Conducts capability and learning needs assessments to identify performance gaps
Develops scalable learning solutions using blended, virtual, and in-person modalities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in HR, OD, Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience leading enterprise-scale learning initiatives or cross-functional programs
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise learning systems
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and talent development practices
Proficiency with enterprise learning technologies and strong program management skills
