This position will see you heading up a range of activities from recruiting technical engineering teams / mentoring 7 developing, production / process improvements, oversight of all manufacturing and internal customers and new product introduction.

- Work across departments, especially R&D and manufacturing, to transition products from concept to production.

- Proactively identifies and addresses staffing / resource risks and develops solutions to problems which require critical thinking, creativity, and innovation to ensure on-time production
