• Must have active state license

• Call, 24-hour shifts
• 100% IP rounding, procedures and call
• 5 consults & 8 follow-ups on weekdays, 6 - 7 new consults & 9 follow-ups on weekends

• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
