To ensure all paperwork, projects are processed and completed on a timely basis in the order of established priorities.
Responsibilities
Maintain property operations log, P.O. ledger, payroll, assist in maintaining inventories and ordering supplies.
Dispatch engineering staff as needed for work assignments in cooperation with other Engineering management staff.
Maintain Engineering records for events.
Maintain Engineer Repair & PM logs using Synergy computerized work order system.
Review daily BEO events to extract Engineer requests, notify Director and Assistant Director of unusual requests.
Report to work scheduled while following the Time and Attendance Policy.
Duties may be adjusted by management when the need arises.
Fulfill general office duties : typing, filing, phone answering, etc.
Assume administrative duties in accordance with changing requirements.
Maintain Engineering staff payroll using Kronos, to assure accurate payroll with the assistance of Director and Assistant Director.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift weights up to 30 pounds.
Repeated bending and stooping required when filing.
