Overview$10,000 sign on bonus and $2.500 relocation (greater than 50 miles). - External Applicants Only. Position provides crisis intervention services / assessments / evaluation and stabilization / case management to youth and families within the community setting. Basic computer skills / ability to keyboard - completing documentation in the electronic and / or paper medical record. Ability to drive in a variety of weather conditions. Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $32.05per hour - $55.13per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
