Clinical Support - Aged Care Assessments

About the role
As part of the Clinical Support team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for older Australians by :
- Providing clinical advice
- Determining the eligibility of a client for an Aged Care Needs Assessment
- Undertaking reviews of clients' needs
- Making delegate decisions as per the new Aged Care Act.

Tertiary education in a health-related discipline. E.g. registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers.Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.Minimum of 1 years' experience in Aged Care Needs Assessments.Experience in determining client's needs and / or service delivery in a community or health-related position.Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and client management systemsCurrent Australian driver's licence, a comprehensively insured vehicle and ability to travel as required.What's in it for you
