COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Up to $90,265 Annual Salary
$5,000 Relocation assistance
Up to $15,000 signing bonus
Qualify for NHSC Student loan forgiveness - $50K for 2 year commitment!
$3,000 annual CME allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Integrated healthcare model - FQHC

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Optional Over-time hours available

Collaborative Environment - working with Primary Care to find the best solution and treatment plan that addresses all areas

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates welcome (not mandatory)

New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs, all encouraged to apply

COMMUNITY Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Southeast Idaho - 2 hours to Boise, Idaho

3 hours to World Class Skiing in Jackson Hole, WY and Salt Lake City, UT

Easy weekend adventure to Yellow Stone National Park - 3.5 hrs drive

Mid-sized community with population 70,000 and amenities of a larger town.
