Job Description

The successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction will :

• Contacting subcontractors and vedors during bid process
• Project scope of work development
• Project planning and implementation of activities
• Document management and logging including safety documentation, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close out documents, meeting minutes
• Subcontractor and superintendent coordination
• Travel to job sites as required by PM and or superintendents
