Day to Day :

• The Business Analyst will oversee and manage the workflow for End User Package, Deployment, and Remediation teams across all stages of solution development, testing, and deployment.
• Using data analysis and visualization tools alongside with ServiceNow and the Microsoft M365 suite, they will track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• The role includes maintaining accurate documentation, gathering and translating requirements, coordinating quality assurance efforts, and delivering clear, timely status updates to stakeholders.
• By leveraging these tools and practices, the Business Analyst ensures transparency, alignment with business objectives, and successful delivery of software products to our customers.

Duties

Team : Small team - this person will make 4. Will work in an area comprised of Security professionals from all levels to Cyber Security professionals.

Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree.

Required Work Experience : 4 years of IT business analysis experience.
