Procure to Pay Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Procure to Pay Analyst for a contract position with a client located in Natick, MA (Hybrid).

Pay Range : $30-35 / HR the pay rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Role

Per Manager : see notes for all intake notes : we want to have someone that is more focused on the payable side of procure to pay (this person looks to be more focused on the purchasing and contract side). Person needs to be well organized and have, flagging invoice issues. must have strong communication skills as will be communicating with mainly internal client to solve questions / issues they are trying to solve.

The responsibilities for this person will primarily be :

• Maintain accurate supplier records and accurately process and pay invoices
• Partner with Procurement, end users and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
• Review activity and guide client staff through the travel-to-reimbursement process

Support the procure-to-pay and travel-to-reimbursement processes at a leading high-tech company
