Job Description

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product / technology families. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.

On-site payments SME role with experience working with US clients on the development of new banking, payment systems. Understanding of various payment rails such as ACH, Fedwire, RTP, etc.

Preferred location : East coast - Mid-Atlantic region

Responsibilities

Conduct product walkthroughs with clients on Payment systems across different payment rails such as ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, RTP, etc

Strong collaboration skills to work with different teams across geographies

Excellent communication skills; adept at leading customer presentations and demos

Clearly identify and document project objectives and KPIs (work with the customer to identify these)

Ability to articulate industry best practices for Payments and guide banking clients on the adoption of the same.

Good at documenting requirements, providing assistance in framing business use-cases, and analyzing and documenting solution workarounds and approaches to minimize client specific customizations.

Basic knowledge about AI and its applicability in the financial domain is a plus.

Qualifications

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.

Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures, and / or level of effort and staff plans.

Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.

Builds and maintains a network and maintains up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.

Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to the implementation team.

Leads the domain-specific solution design aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions.

Anticipates project risks and suggests risk mitigation strategies to the project manager.

Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions.

Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or has the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
