Position Overview :

We are seeking skilled and dependable Commercial Carpenters to join our construction team in Madison, WI. This role involves working on a variety of commercial projects including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and industrial buildings. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Construct, install, and repair wood and metal framing, drywall, doors, windows, and finish carpentry components.
• Build and dismantle concrete formwork systems for foundations and structural elements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Perform layout and leveling using laser levels, tape measures, and other precision tools.
• Adapt to changing site conditions and project scopes while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr.
