As Lead Product Manager Journey Orchestration, you'll own the roadmap for omnichannel journey capabilities and serve as an embedded expert within agile pods to accelerate campaign delivery and ensure feasibility. This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, enabling personalized, timely, and compliant communications across digital and offline channels. You'll partner closely with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate personalization engines, orchestration platforms, and AI / ML models into scalable member journeys.

Role Responsibilities

Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for journey orchestration capabilities across marketing and member communications
• Translate business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions that support personalization, real-time decisioning, and multi-channel coordination
• Guide platform architecture decisions and capability development in partnership with IT, enterprise architecture, and analytics teams
• Drive platform governance, including audience management, rules configuration, and compliance alignment

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
