Job Description

As a Security Officer - Patient Care Center in N. Las Vegas, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure and welcoming environment for all. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols while maintaining high visibility. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients; restrain combative individuals as necessary (within company and customer guidelines)

Transport deceased patients to the morgue, as needed

Assist in escorting patients from helicopter pad (high elevation) to the emergency room
