Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial Install Plumbing Mechanic for their Rochester Location. An ideal candidate should have a background in commercial plumbing, demonstrating proficiency in executing repairs and maintenance tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Work with install teams to complete installation of plumbing systems at commercial project sites
• Independently perform installation of commercial plumbing equipment and piping in accordance with company requirements, manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Maintain extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing equipment and piping
• Layout and properly install underground plumbing systems
• Provide accurate as-built drawings to Project Managers
• Perform and participate in onsite equipment start-ups
• Maintain accountability for condition of company tools onsite
• Maintain a company vehicle in clean and orderly condition to ensure safety while transporting tools, equipment and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of materials required at job site
• Maintain constant communication with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to ensure project schedule and client needs are being met
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

The starting base range for this position is $30 to $40 per hour based on experience. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and / or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
