A company is looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and operations with a focus on AWS-driven innovation in the healthcare sector

Manage a large engineering organization, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning

Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with healthcare industry regulations

Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering

7+ years in a senior leadership role managing diverse engineering teams

Hands-on experience with AWS services and migrating large-scale applications to AWS

Experience with healthcare data and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
