The Position
As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of 3 Branch Locations.
You will lead a team of professionals in Parts, Service, Rental, Logistics, and Customer Support, ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
This is a high-impact role, requiring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee parts, service, rental, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators and establish benchmarks for operational excellence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operations with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee potential mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years + of experience in executive operations management, with a focus on materials handling equipment.
- Other industries would be considered including construction equipment and general rental.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Experience driving acquisitions and mergers would be a plus.
