Warranty Technician

A leading local home builder is seeking a skilled Warranty Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 2+ years of residential construction or warranty experience who enjoy working hands-on to deliver top-notch customer service.

Warranty Technician Responsibilities :

Perform warranty service work on completed homes to resolve customer concerns

Conduct site visits, inspections, and repairs as needed

Communicate with homeowners regarding warranty issues and timelines

Coordinate with subcontractors when specialized repairs are required

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Support the Construction and Customer Service teams in maintaining quality standards

Warranty Technician Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in residential construction, home repairs, or warranty service

Strong carpentry, drywall, painting, and general home repair skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls

Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

Valid driver’s license required
