About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be a key force in driving the company's mission forward, with a focus on developing strong relationships with insurance brokers and benefits consultants. This role is pivotal in serving as a trusted advisor to deliver solutions that reduce risk, maximize cost efficiency, and provide small and midsize businesses with options typically reserved for larger firms. The RVP will be responsible for building trusted partnerships, creating impactful solutions, strategic planning and execution, and collaborating across teams to ensure the full value of the company's offerings is realized.
Candidates for the RVP position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a top seller in self-insurance, self-funded benefits, stop-loss insurance, alternative funding, or related markets. The role requires a proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships, exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, and a self-starter mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets. A strong broker network, consultative selling skills, and a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field are also essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to drive change and will be passionate about the company's mission to provide sustainable, affordable healthcare.
