About the Role
The Vice President of Sales - Gulf Region is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves leading and managing the sales team, setting sales goals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales team's alignment with the company's overall objectives.
What You'll Do :
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their potential.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and maximizing sales to existing customers.
Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales objectives.
