Vice President of Sales – Multifamily Construction - Houston, Tx

Location : In-Office

We’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead growth within a fast-paced multifamily construction environment. This person will set the tone for the sales team, develop strong client partnerships, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver successful projects and satisfied customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the sales department, setting clear goals and holding the team accountable.
• Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales leaders and account managers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that drive new business and meet revenue goals.
• Partner with executive leadership and operations to maintain strong cross-department communication.
• Oversee proposals, bids, and presentations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Track key performance metrics and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and builders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and follow-through.
