About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for US Sales with a strong background in MedTech, Digital Health, or SaMD, particularly in the areas of cardiology, electrophysiology, or remote monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top-line revenue performance, developing and executing a tailored go-to-market strategy, and leading a high-performance field sales team. This role requires a proven sales leader with at least 10 years of experience, a track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas, and a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including delivery, purchasing behavior, and reimbursement drivers. The VP will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, serve as the voice of the customer, and represent the company at major industry events.

Candidates for the VP of US Sales position at the company should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and be adept at working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The role demands a customer advocate with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Experience in a startup environment and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings is a plus. The ideal candidate will be IT agile, a thoughtful team player, and have the ability to manage changing priorities and demands.
