As an Account Manager for State Farm Agent Julie Burnett you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide insurance proposals for referrals & online insurance shoppersProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationPromote successful and long-lasting customer relationsGrow the agency through referrals, marketing opportunities and community involvementQUALIFICATIONS :
State Farm agency experience requiredProperty & Casualty Producer License requiredExperience managing client relationshipsInterest in marketing products and services based on customer needsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningDedicated to customer serviceBENEFITS :
