Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for evaluating and reviewing the company's overall inventory (salvage) management.

Essential Job Duties:

• Evaluate inventory levels for all warehouses and determine proper product stocking
• Regular review of inventory and vehicles to ensure efficiencies
• Communicating opportunities found within inventory
• Build and analyze reports based on vehicle profitability and projected parts value to determine crushing abilities
• Project profitability based on inventory
• Research and investigate missing inventory
• Evaluate inventory for accuracy
• Assumes other duties as assigned

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience: High School degree or equivalent. Requires past experience working in the inventory department within the company.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic Automotive knowledge. Analytical, detailed and must be able to communicate effectively with others. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Project X.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience within inventory controls and Project X. Automotive background preferred.
