Key Responsibilities :
Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize and develop requirements throughout the software development lifecycle
Conducts competitive analysis and presents findings to business managers
Assesses organizational impact and coordinates communication and training for business readiness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Typically, 7 or more years of experience in delivering initiatives and conducting customer research
Experience working in an agile environment and managing large-scale initiatives
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
Deep knowledge of the insurance industry and agile planning practices
