Principal Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and present data-driven insights through visualizations

Develop and support SQL transformations and ensure data accuracy across dashboards and reports

Coach junior team members and enhance self-service analytics capabilities for business users

Required Qualifications and Education

5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis roles

Proficient in SQL and experience with data transformation tools like dbt

5+ years of hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards using Tableau or similar BI platforms

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics

Strong understanding of data modeling principles and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
