One of our clients in the Insurance Industry is looking for Insurance Customer Services Representatives to work onsite in Pittston, PA. You will be responsible for delivering industry-leading service by ensuring the timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads. As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves handling inbound calls, directly engaging with small business owners. You will assist them with their existing policies and provide recommendations for new policies they may wish to purchase. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, consistent dependability, and a collaborative mindset. You'll work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service standards while contributing to a supportive and team-focused culture.
Must have skills :
3+ years of Customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)

OPPORTUNITY FOR COMISSION / INCENTIVES! Monthly incentives / commission up to $700 will be paid out for hitting KPI metrics and conversions!
This position can pay anywhere between $19 and $21.47 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
