Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Corporate Services Specialist to join our team. Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long term relationships and working together in person. This role will be working on-site at our Walnut Creek HQ.

Responsible for all aspects of logistics support including but not limited to : Receive, sort, and deliver bulk mail for various departments throughout the bank. Provide system technical support for logistics vendor web portal platforms (user setup, password support) Assist HQ centers with general administrative support including but not limited to : maintaining visitor log, greeting vendors and visitors, assist with badge assignment, breakroom organization and supply monitoring / ordering, conference room support, monitor and report general building facility needs, and support leadership with new hire functions as needed. Support Procurement team with entry-level task processing through Service Now.

What you will be doing :

Logistics Support : Receive, sort, and deliver mail on a daily basis. Process outgoing bulk mail for various departments. Receive / deliver IT, Facilities, Security equipment as needed. Provide general logistical support to all departments as needed.

Security Support : Assist with greeting visitors, vendors and maintaining visitor log. Support with badge issuance and general security items as needed.

Facilities Support : Provide on-site support for the Facilities team. Conduct daily building walks, report issues to the Facilities team such as burned out lights, damage to furniture or building, assist with vendor watch and miscellaneous facilities support as needed.

General office / breakroom supplies / services support : Monitor / stock shared breakroom supplies, vending machine support, ensure general office areas are organized, clean, and presentable. Assist all departments with general supply support.

Vendor escorts / tech support : Greet vendors coming on site for technical support such as multi-function printer techs, facilities vendors, and security vendor support.

Who you are :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• General purchasing, logistics, office administration experience a plus.
• Detail oriented
• Multi-tasking skills
• Friendly collaborative personality
• Able to operate independently with support as needed
• Basic to strong organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with Vendors and Co-Workers.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team.

Hourly : $24 / hr. to $33 / hr. AIP / Bonus : up to 5%
