Director of Pharmacy Hospital | Juneau, Alaska | Travel / Contract-to-Hire Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Director of Pharmacy to join a 60-bed acute care hospital in Juneau, Alaska . This is an exciting opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in one of the most beautiful and unique destinations in the country, while making a direct impact on patient care.

Position Highlights :

Start Date : ASAP

Type : 13+ week contract-to-hire (or contract / temp available)

Schedule : Full-time, leadership role

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all inpatient pharmacy operations including staff management, pliance, budgeting, and purchasing.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, Joint mission standards, and state / federal regulations .

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective pharmacy services.

Lead initiatives to improve clinical outes, medication safety, and operational efficiency .

Qualifications :

Recent Director of Pharmacy (DOP) or Pharmacy Leadership experience in a hospital / acute care setting.

Active Alaska Pharmacist license preferred, or ability to obtain quickly (no law exam required; processing ~45 weeks).
