Position Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Oceaneering's hiring efforts by managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and recruiting operations. This role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams while maintaining compliance and efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and time zones.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support job postings, requisition tracking, and candidate pipeline reporting.
  • Assist recruiters with offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and process alignment.
  • Represent Oceaneering at career fairs and recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED :

  • High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • PREFERRED :

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., TALEO, ORACLE).
  • Familiarity with government contracting or defense industry recruiting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Additional Information

    This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

    PAY, BENEFITS AND WORK SCHEDULE :

    We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Employee benefits vary by role, however, may include Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Retirement Savings, Life and Disability, Paid Maternity and Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program. Annualized pay rate for this position : $53,975 - $73,025.
